Lindsay Lynch: TikTok – Director, Creator Partnerships & Community

Lindsay leads partnerships with creators and public figures at TikTok Canada. In this role, she aims to support and elevate Canadian talent throughout their journey on the platform – from just starting out to reaching millions of fans globally. Her For You Page is currently a mix of music theory, ’90s nostalgia, and home decor. Prior to joining TikTok, Lindsay managed partnerships and content strategy at Shopify, Twitter, YouTube, and MySpace.

Blair McGregor: TikTok – Public Figures, Content Partnerships

Blair was born and raised in Toronto and has spent the better part of her career working in the community building space, both online and offline at companies like Soho House, Kit and Ace, Hudson’s Bay, Metier Creative and now TikTok. She started out in the fashion industry, with short stints in New York and Vancouver, and ultimately ended up back in Toronto. She is currently a Partner Manager on the TikTok Canada team, working primarily with entertainment and comedy talent and public figures on the platform.

Emily Richardson: Comedian

Emily Richardson is a comedian from Cobourg, Ontario with over 161,000 followers on TikTok. She writes daily pop culture articles for the celebrity gossip blog DListed. She was the head writer of the Canadian Comedy Award winning sketch group the Sketchersons, and in 2019 she wrote and starred in the hit pop comedy musical It Girls at Toronto Fringe. Emily improvised in Bad Dog’s hit show Hookup, was a regular on the sketch TV show Blindsighted, performed in the musical drag improv show LIPSYNCED, and is one half of the sketch duo JOVANI! Check out more of her comedy on TikTok @emrich44. One time Lil Nas X reposted one of her videos. It’s the best thing to ever happen to her.

Host, Margarita Brighton: Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival – Social Media Specialist

Margarita Brighton is a digital creator with past experience working with Doctors Without Borders, Indie88, Hillside Festival and more. You may remember her from Gen Z, Hire Me which won the Producer’s Pick Award at TOsketchfest21. Margarita is a trained improviser of Upright Citizens Brigade, The Second City and The Assembly. When she’s not “working” (is doing what you love really working?), she’s either daydreaming about what it would be like to date Pete Davidson or devising an outrageous business plan only Nathan Fielder would approve of.
