TOsketchfest26 – Submissions OPEN

Submissions close October 15th for the 21st edition of The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival!

It’s that time of year again! Toronto’s favourite comedy festival is gearing up for its 21st year, and that means we’re on the lookout for the best scripted comedy from across North America and beyond. Submissions are now open until October 15, 2025 at 9:00pm Eastern Time.

This is your one stop shop for all things TOsketchfest submissions!

TOSketchFest26 will take place in-person March 4 – 15, 2026 with live presentations of sketch comedy work and the TOsketchfest Film Festival. The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival is programmed through a combination of curation (i.e. we ask a troupe/performer to be part of the festival) and jurying (i.e. a stand-out troupe or artist selected from the juried submissions process). Live festival submissions are collected via Zone Festival, and film festival submissions are collected via FilmFreeway.

LIVE PERFORMANCE

We use ZONE Festival, a Canadian online festival and event database program, to collect LIVE festival submissions for in person performances March 4-15, 2026. Please note, acceptance into past festivals does not guarantee a slot in future festivals.
