We’re looking for Audience Services Reps to be the welcoming, calm, capable face of TOsketchfest.
You’ll help audiences get where they need to go and enjoy the show – answering questions, scanning tickets, seating patrons, managing crowd flow, and keeping the in-theatre experience running smoothly. When things get busy, you’re hands-on and helpful. When things slow down, you’re keeping an eye on the space (and yes, often watching comedy).
This role is a mix of fast-paced moments and chill downtime. You should enjoy working with people, feel comfortable enforcing policies with kindness and confidence, and be good at anticipating what someone might need before they ask. A sense of humour helps – so does staying cool when the lobby fills up five minutes before curtain.
If you like being part of live events, working on your feet, and helping create great experiences for others, you’ll fit right in.
Scheduling expectations: This is a short, intense festival run – availability during peak show times really matters. You must be available between March 1–16, 2026, with strong evening and weekend availability. To be considered, you’ll need to commit to at least 30 hours total over the festival (roughly 5–6 shifts).
Compensation: $25.05 /hour + 4% vacation pay and some fun perks.
